on this kamut is their only one rise ?is that because of the reg yeast I use instaferm yeast was told to do a 1 hour second rise most of all my dough are still sticky. should I not do a second rise ? do I just use it in the flour instead of the water to let it bubble ? on my quad island dry yeast I still let it do a second rise should I not do second rise ? I have thrown away a lot of dough ,getting discouraged .

I just made this today, a single loaf. It came out great!!!! No bubbles! I had to bake it 45 minutes to reach 190 degrees. This is a time saver not doing 2 raises also. Now I have to buy another 9x5" pan for a two loaf batch. I did not use honey and I subbed in 2.5TBs of raw sugar. Not a fan of "honey wheat". Thank you for the recipes.

It went perfect until time to put in Dutch oven. It was a gluey mess. Looks more like cornbread. I did everything just so. Stretch and folds went great. Wetness and texture of dough felt what you described but it got disastrous when trying to form it and put it in Dutch oven!
