I made your Ezekiel bread according to recipe and it turned out great. I tried substituting freshly milled sprouted flour for the hard red wheat and rye and it collapsed. Do you know how to adjust the recipe for sprouted flour?

Cindy, just wondering if you tried milling 3 1/3 C. BB Ezekiel mix? How did the bread turn out? That’s the mix I got and I just received my mill yesterday so want to try this in next day or two. Thank you!
