This is a recipe I needed! I milled some corn and it came out too fine. It appears that the WonderMill doesn’t really do a coarse grind. I think I”m going to make some corn muffins today!

I’ve never milled corn before. Do you need a special mill? Has anyone used their Nutrimill to do this? Thanks in advance.

There are certain recipes that I wanted to try, but didn’t, as they called for using the box cornbread/muffin mix. Thanks for coming up with a solution! Now, to see if I can find those recipes again.

In reply to phillip ohsann. Whatever recipe you use for the Jiffy corn meal mix, whatever it calls for is how much I add. This recipe is just the dry mixture like you would buy at the store.
