black pepper
Side Salad Ingredients:
6tomatoes, de-seeded and diced (I prefer Roma tomatoes)
6cucumbers, diced
1red/purple onion, peeled and finely chopped

Greek Gyro Chicken:
Place all ingredients above in a bowl or bag. This is your marinade for the chicken.
Add chicken into bag and massage to cover all the chicken in marinade.
Marinade for at least 3 hours, ideally for 12 hours, and no longer than 24 hours.
After marinading, heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan over medium high heat.
Remove chicken from marinade, cook chicken 2-3 minutes on each side until done.
Remove chicken, place on plate and allow to rest for about 5 minutes.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces to serve on gyros.
Side Salad:
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and stir until mixed.
Gyro Assembly:
Gather your pita bread, tzatziki sauce, cooked chicken, and salad.
On top of pita bread, add some chicken, some salad, and tzatziki sauce.
Fold up and ENJOY! Feel free to eat the salad on the side as well.
