Simple Spinach Dip
Ingredients
- 1 package of frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 16oz container of sour cream
- 1 packet onion soup mix
Instructions
- Once spinach is thawed, squeeze out all excess water.
- Combine sour cream, spinach, and onion soup mix packet together in a bowl and stir until combined.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
This is a favorite holiday tradition from my husband's family. You can fancy it up with canned water chestnut slices for a little extra crunch or keep it simple.
My family enjoys this dip with wheat thins, but it goes with just about anything.
