5-8slices provolone cheese, cut in half(or substitute cheddar or mozzarrella)
10-12freshly made dinner rolls
1/4cupmayonnaise
1tbspDijon mustard
1/2tsponion powder
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tspWorcestershire sauce
1tbspbutter, melted
Instructions
Make a 9x13 dish of dinner rolls from freshly milled wheat using my recipe here: https://youtu.be/T19znP00538
Then, once those rolls have cooled take them out of the 9x13 pan but keep them stuck together.
Carefully take a bread knife and slice through all of the rolls horizontally like you're making one large sandwich. You will have a top piece and a bottom piece.
Reheat oven to 375 F
Combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl until smooth
Lay out the bottom of rolls on a rimmed baking sheet
Brush them liberally with the sauce.
Layer on the roast beef and one piece of the cheese
Place sliders in oven for five minutes to melt cheese
While the cheese is in the oven melting, brush the tops of the buns liberally with sauce
Remove tray from oven and then place on tops
Brush melted butter over the top and then place in oven for an additional five minutes
